What is agreed in writing before you pay
Every order has a written scope. It is short and plain, and you can ask us to change it before you pay. It records what you are buying and what happens if something goes wrong.
- Quantity and type: the number of posts or rented links, and whether they are contextual or homepage placements.
- Targets and anchors: the pages you want linked and the anchors you have approved.
- Host topics: the kinds of network sites we would use, so you can object before work begins.
- Delivery: how the live URLs are sent and when you can expect them.
- Replacement or removal terms: what counts as a lost link and what we offer if one is lost.
- Rental term: for the homepage rental, the start date, the renewal date and the date links come down.
What a package does not promise
A package buys placements. It does not buy a ranking, traffic, leads or revenue. A link is one signal among many, and results depend on your site, your competition and your category. The authority figures in the packages are targets for the sites we use. We do not state other numbers, and indexing is never promised, including in the pack that includes indexing support.
